Prospective Parents

Is your child considering a school in Bloomington-Normal?

Illinois State University, Illinois Wesleyan University & Heartland Community College are great schools!

If you are on a campus visit, feel free to stop by and see us! The Newman Center is located at 501 S. Main Street in Normal. We are a very convenient location across from the ISU Recreation Center, which makes the Newman Center an easy walk for ISU students. For Wesleyan students we are about a 25 minute walk, but many will also use publics transit or carpool to get to Newman. We are open weekdays at 10:00 am through the evening. You are also welcome to join us for a mass (or just check out our beautiful chapel!).

Having a faith community can be an important part of college and seeing what our space looks like can help put some of those worries to rest. For more information check out our "Get Involved" tab for info on our events and our Staff page too! You can also follow us on social media to see what we are up to!

If you let us know in advance that you're stopping by one of our staff can show you around the building! You can also reach out if you have any questions at [email protected]
